Assessment Terms & Conditions
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required when booking your assessment.
The remaining balance is payable 48 hours before the assessment.
Your detailed assessment report will be completed and sent to you within three weeks of the assessment.
To avoid cancellation charges, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the assessment cost.
If you need to change your appointment date, I will do my best to accommodate this and arrange an alternative appointment as soon as possible.
Payment for dyslexia screeners is required in full before the appointment date.
